Decoralite® / Installation
Prepare, fit, attach and finish interior moulding.
Use this sequence for Decoralite® interior moulding and keep the published guide available while the crew works.
Before work begins
Prepare the substrate. Follow the sequence.
These steps reproduce the standard procedure currently published by Decorawall. Confirm the substrate, adhesive and finish requirements for the specific project before installation.

Prepare
Starting from one corner, cut the mitres.

Fit
Using a commercially available gypsum-based adhesive, apply a generous layer to the flat back edges of the moulding.
- 03
Attach
Press the moulding against the ceiling corner. Use a damp sponge to clean and smooth the joint.
- 04
Finish
Apply a generous layer of adhesive between adjoining pieces. Clean excess adhesive with a putty knife. Once cured, sand the joint smooth and apply a second coat if required.
